Facilities

Gary Job Corps Center is situated on 775 acres of land, making it the largest Job Corps center in the nation.  Aside from the cafeteria, dormitories, post office, student bank, and wellness center, our center has many facilities for our students' use such as:

  • Activity Center
  • Baseball fields
  • Football/soccer fields
  • Game room
  • Library
  • Movie theater
  • Pool hall
  • Running track
  • Swimming pool
  • Tennis courts
  • Women's recreation/fitness center

The activity center includes a three court gym, aerobics rooms, a boxing room, a music room, racquetball courts, a weight room, and an arts and crafts facility.

Additionally, our game room is equipped with 19 PlayStation 2s and traditional board games.
